		for shipments billed by Grover on or after May 1, 2006
		Grover Manufacturing guarantees the products of its manufacture to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from date of purchase. During the first year of the warranty period equipment will be repaired or replaced at our cost if determined to be defective. During years two and three the warranty is limited to parts and labor only. Years four and five the warranty on the equipment is limited to replacement of parts only. Warranty on hose, air regulators and other outside purchased components are as stated by the manufacturer of these items. Warranty is limited to products used as recommended in the Grover catalog. Warranty is void if evidence of abuse, misuse, modification or non- maintenance is determined by Grover or if it was damaged by accident. Improper installation and unauthorized repair will also void the warranty. Parts warranty shall be limited to one year. Product to be considered for warranty must be shipped prepaid to Grover with dated proof of purchase. A reasonable charge will be made if product is not covered by warranty. Grover shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim for loss or damages arising out of the sale, resale use or misuse of Grover equipment shall not exceed the purchase price. Grover reserves the right to change its warranty policies.
